Volunteering

At Kaloma we value our volunteers.  We view volunteering as ‘giving of one’s time, energy and self to others’. Volunteers value add to residents quality of life. There are many ways Volunteer enhance residents lives e.g. visiting and chatting, writing or reading letters or assisting in a group activity. Volunteers are supported by our Diversional Therapy and Lifestyle Officers and are provided with orientation and ongoing training. If you are interested in becoming a Volunteer and wish to find out more about how you can assist residents please telephone 07 46711 422 ask to speak to our Lifestyle Officers or leave a message and your call will be returned.
