Our Staff Say

jesfer anquilo.jpg
"In 2019, I started working in Kaloma Home for the Aged. I was a fresh graduate of Bachelor of Nursing at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) during that time. I was a Registered Nurse in the Philippines and had experience working with in the Army focusing on acute nursing care and surgery. Kaloma enabled me to learn and improve my skills, knowledge and attitude in geriatric nursing. Kaloma is a place where opportunity and support meets. A chance to work in rural area geriatric nursing gives me great satisfaction in my profession. “Success is an uncomfortable never-ending process that weak people won’t even try”

Jesfer Anquilo, Registered Nurse
